Cripple Creek Construction LLC is a family-owned business based out of Fairbanks, Alaska. As a family business, we pride ourselves on being both trustworthy and skilled, dedicated to providing exceptional results that you can rely on.
Ethan Malski
Ethan brings a wealth of construction knowledge and experience to the business. He has unmatched work ethic and trustworthiness, setting him apart in the business. Ethan has been in the trade since he was a teenager and is experienced in all aspects of residential remodels, deck building, rough and finish carpentry, flooring, framing, and much more. Ethan doesn't have a dishonest or unkind bone in his body; he's the kind of guy you want working for you. He ensures that every project is executed to the highest standard with precision and efficiency.

Outside of the business, Ethan is an incredible, loving father and partner. He enjoys fishing, hunting, preserving food, and generally being in the outdoors. You can find him jamming on his guitar, playing with his daughter, or setting burbot lines down on the Tanana River.
Liz Furman
Liz keeps the wheels turning and the business running behind the scenes, and she will join Ethan on the job to complete larger projects. Liz's commitment to communication and client satisfaction make her an invaluable asset. She understands how nerve-wracking it can be to find a contractor that you can rely on to complete jobs with skill and integrity as well as someone you can trust in your home, and she's committed to providing that service.

Outside of the business, Liz is dedicated to being a mom to her daughter. She is an herbalist who practices using wild and cultivated plants for food, medicine and craft, and she occasionally teaches classes at the local Folk School. Liz is also an avid gardener and food preserver as well as outdoor enthusiast, joining Ethan and their daughter for camping, hunting, and fishing adventures. She is most happy wandering in the forest and picking wildflowers with her family.
